  • Publication number: 20190176106
Abstract: A device for treating material in a container which is equipped with a stirrer that can be rotated about a central axis has a first deflecting device which is arranged in the container above the stirrer in order to deflect a material flow transported by the stirrer to the container center. The stirrer has a coaxial axle element, the diameter of which in the region of the stirrer is at least a quarter of the diameter of the stirrer. The container has a base below the stirrer, and the distance between the base and the deflecting device is maximally half the maximum diameter of the container between the base and the deflecting device. The base can also be designed as a perforated sheet.

  • Publication number: 20190060918
Abstract: The invention relates to a cyclone system, in particular for a preparation device, comprising a top region that includes an off-center, preferably tangential, feed line and a central withdrawal line. The invention also relates to a method for operating a cyclone. The cyclone system has a flared outlet cone that flares at an angle of more than 0° and less than 20° relative to a central axis of the cyclone.

  • Publication number: 20170226693
Abstract: A method for treating composite materials of aluminum and plastics mixes the composite materials in a working area of a processor under high shear forces with a spiral in order to remove the aluminum layer from the plastic layer and to suspend it. The particles which are separated by a screen from the working area are treated in a hydrocyclone in order to separate aluminum from the liquid, wherein fibers present in the underflow are fed back with the liquid to the processor.

  • Publication number: 20160040358
Abstract: A screw press features a feed pipe, in which a rotatable feed screw is arranged, and a feed cone, to which the feed screw conveys material, wherein drainage openings are arranged in the feed pipe. Drainage openings are preferably also provided in the feed pipe cone. Especially the combination of a feed screw with a feed pipe cone and a downstream compactor leads to a simple and effective compression of particularly liquid materials.

  • Publication number: 20160024714
Abstract: A liquefier with a cylindrical delivery tube comprises a rotatable spiral disposed in the delivery tube, wherein water intakes are disposed on the delivery tube. A centrifugal pump is preferably disposed downstream of the delivery tube, said centrifugal pump delivering the liquefied medium onward.

  • Publication number: 20150034744
Abstract: A processor with a closed vessel which can be pressurised and comprises an upper region with a smaller diameter and a lower region with a larger diameter, wherein the upper region comprises a small helix and the lower region comprises a large helix, wherein an admission for materials and one for water are in turn disposed in the upper region and a heavy-part trap is disposed in the lower region.

  • Publication number: 20140151473
Abstract: A pulper with a shaft on which a spiral is arranged has been improved to such an extent that it comprises a shaft with a counter-rotating spiral. Preferably both spirals are arranged on the same shaft. This results in extreme friction in the centre of the reaction space of the pulper and thus in an increase in the capacity of the pulper and in an improvement to achieve highly efficient suspension.
