The stirrer has a coaxial axle element, the diameter of which in the region of the stirrer is at least a quarter of the diameter of the stirrer. The container has a base below the stirrer, and the distance between the base and the deflecting device is maximally half the maximum diameter of the container between the base and the deflecting device. The base can also be designed as a perforated sheet.

Abstract: The invention relates to a cyclone system, in particular for a preparation device, comprising a top region that includes an off-center, preferably tangential, feed line and a central withdrawal line. The invention also relates to a method for operating a cyclone. The cyclone system has a flared outlet cone that flares at an angle of more than 0° and less than 20° relative to a central axis of the cyclone.

Abstract: A method for treating composite materials of aluminum and plastics mixes the composite materials in a working area of a processor under high shear forces with a spiral in order to remove the aluminum layer from the plastic layer and to suspend it. The particles which are separated by a screen from the working area are treated in a hydrocyclone in order to separate aluminum from the liquid, wherein fibers present in the underflow are fed back with the liquid to the processor.
