  • Publication number: 20210186230
Abstract: A fastening device for fastening a mattress to a mattress support and a bed, in particular a hospital bed, having such a fastening device. The mattress support has multiple support sections which are articulated to one another. In a central section of the mattress support there is a support panel having first holding cut-outs. In a lower leg section of the mattress support there is a support panel having second holding cut-outs. The first holding cut-outs are assigned first fastening elements fastened to the mattress, and the second holding cut-outs are assigned second fastening elements fastened to the mattress. The first fastening elements are fastened to at least two first planar holding parts which are situated on opposite sides of the mattress in a transverse direction of the mattress, forming a transverse distance.

  • Publication number: 20200383851
Abstract: The invention relates to a nursing bed (10) comprising a first frame (34) which supports a first mattress part (18a). The first frame (34) has a central section (40), a back section (44) and an upper leg section (46) and a lower leg section (47). The nursing bed (10) also comprises a second frame (35) having a foot section (57), wherein the second frame (35) supports a second mattress part (18b). The first frame (34) and the second frame (35) of the nursing bed (10) according to the invention are supported by a base (20) of the nursing bed (10). In a nursing bed according to the invention, the second frame (35) is supported separately from the first frame (34) on the base (20). The nursing bed (10) according to the invention is characterised, in particular, in that the second frame (35) being supported separately from the first frame (34) by the base (20) is height-adjustable relative to the base (20).

  • Patent number: 6527181
Abstract: A device and a method for characterizing and identifying an object, e.g. a container, with a surface visible from outside the object, onto which is disposed an optically readable one-dimensional bar code consisting of bars and spaces, are characterized in that the bar code is disposed in an annular range (2) of the surface, that the bars and spaces extend in a star-like manner from a center of the annular area (2) to the outside and that the bar code is read in the circumferential direction of the annular area (2). This device and method enable automatic detection, recognition and identification of objects, like e.g. sample bottles for spectroscopic analysis in a simple technically undemanding and cheap manner, wherein automatic identification of hollow, in particular hollow cylindrical objects can also be easily realized.
