  • Publication number: 20250008688
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a cooling system for electrical equipment. The cooling system includes a rack, a rear-door cooling unit, a liquid-to-air heat exchanger, a fan, a controller, and a power supply unit. The rear-door cooling unit is mounted to the rack, and is pivotable about a first axis between an open position and a closed position. The rear-door cooling unit defines a first side proximate the rack, and a second side opposite the first side. The liquid-to-air heat exchanger is mounted within the rear-door cooling unit. The fan, the controller, and the power supply unit are mounted to the rear-door cooling unit at the second side, and are accessible from the second side when the rear-door cooling unit is in the closed position.

  • Publication number: 20060133054
Abstract: A top or bottom part made of sheet metal for a module chassis has a surrounding frame and guide rails that are positioned between the front and rear frame strip and aligned in the direction of insertion for the mounting of the circuit board of a plug-in module. The guide rails are U-shaped in cross section and include a bottom and two sidewalls. The sidewalls of the guide rails have at least one lateral void. The voids can be located on both sidewalls of the guide rail and can be opposite each other in pairs. The voids of the sidewalls correspond with at least one contact area at the lower edge of the circuit board.

  • Patent number: 6915562
Abstract: A device for the insertion and extraction of a plug-in module into a module frame which has at least one front module bar, contains a swivel-mounted lever which is located in the front area of the plug-in module and whose short lever arm has at least one lever cam and a push-off nose and a pressure piece which is fastened to the module bar. The pressure piece absorbs the forces transferred from the lever, whereby the pressure piece has at least one recess, in which the lever cam of the lever reaches into during the insertion of the plug-in module. Furthermore the pressure piece has at least one push-off shoulder against which the push-off nose of the lever pushes off during the extraction of the plug-in module.

  • Patent number: 6865092
Abstract: A front part (3) for electro-magnetically screened-off modules (2) that are inserted into module chassis', the front part has a front panel (5) that has a longitudinal groove (7a, 7b) on each of its two narrow edges (6a, 6b). Two mounted side parts (8a, 8b) that have a L-shaped profile are arranged in such a way that the one L-leg (9a, 9b) reaches into one of the longitudinal grooves (7a, 7b) of the front panel (5), and the other L-leg (10a, 10b) can be designed as sealing body for the acceptance of a HF-seal or as contact surface (12).
