  • Patent number: 7651363
Abstract: The invention describes a terminal component (1) with an insulating housing (2) and at least one spring-force clamping connection (3), which has a bent clamping spring (4), formed from sheet spring steel, with bearing limbs (8) and clamping limbs (7), which are connected to one another via a spring bow (6), a busbar (5), which is inserted into the clamping limb (7) and bears against the bearing limb (8), and a conductor insertion channel (9), which is formed in the insulating housing (2) and extends from the rear spring bow (6) of the clamping spring (4) along the bearing limb (8) at least as far as the busbar (5). The wall, which is formed from the insulating housing (2), of the conductor insertion channel (9) is partially interrupted. That end of the busbar (5) which bears against the bearing limb (8) runs obliquely with respect to the bearing limb (8) and forms a funnel of the conductor insertion channel (9).

  • Publication number: 20090104816
Abstract: A conductor terminal (1) having an insulating-material housing (6), at least one spring-force clamping contact (4) which is accommodated in the insulating-material housing (6), and having at least one operating pusher (8) which is operatively connected to at least one respective spring-force clamping contact (4) and is displaceably guided in a guide channel (1) in the insulating-material housing (6) in order to open and to close the associated spring-force clamping contact (4) is described. The at least one guide channel (10) has a recess (11) for accommodating a section of the operating pusher (8) which is guided in the respective guide channel (10). The recess (11) and the section of the operating pusher (8) are matched to one another in such a way that the operating pusher (8) can be fixed in an unlocking position, in which the spring-force clamping contact (4) is open, in the recess (11).

  • Publication number: 20090017704
Abstract: The invention describes a spring-force terminal connection (2) for electrical conductors with a busbar section (5) and a bent leaf spring (3), which has a bearing limb (7), which is supported on the busbar section (5), a spring bend section (11), which adjoins the bearing limb (7), and a clamping limb (8), which adjoins the spring bend section (11), for fixedly clamping a conductor to the busbar section (5). Those parts (12a, 12b) of the leaf spring (3) which merge with the bearing limb (7) and the clamping limb (8) run in the spring bend section (11) at least partially parallel to one another and bear against one another.
