    Abstract: A method for operating a motor vehicle involves displaying a first assistance graphic of a first active driver assistance system in a first display mode on at least one display device of the motor vehicle when the motor vehicle is operated in a first driving mode, and displaying the first assistance graphic of the first active driver assistance system in a second display mode on the at least one display device when the motor vehicle is operated in a second driving mode that is different from the first driving mode. The first assistance graphic is displayed in a first perspective in the first display mode and is displayed in a second perspective, which is different from the first perspective, in the second display mode.
