The slot (4) is underlaid by a strip (5) which is connected on either side of the slot (4) to the cover fabric (3). The strip (5) is configured to be elastically expandable at least in a central region, with the slot (4) being located above this region, and is provided with at least two, preferably at least five, incisions or openings (8) which are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction of the strip (5) and which are accessible through the slot (4).
