The cartridge (30) has at least one first element (61) and at least one second element (62). A relative position between the at least one first element (61) and the at least one second element (62) may be set in a direction (60) perpendicular to an axis (50) of the cartridge (30), in order to adjust a spacing between sides of the cartridge (30).

Abstract: Described is a spring core for a mattress, consisting of a multiplicity of identically shaped spiral springs with in each case two end rings lying diametrically opposite each other, which change to a spring coil part arranged centered between them, whereby the end rings are shaped approximately circular and consist essentially of two assembly legs, one transition leg and one additional leg and are opened on one side, whereby the leg lying opposite the respective open side of the upper or lower end ring is bent radially outward with respect to the longitudinal axis of the spring.

Abstract: A machine in which butterfly clips are prebent and then punched out of steel strip and simultaneously finally bent, such that they fasten together a spring and the frame of a spring core. Thus, both the punching out of the clip and the final bending process, i.e. the connecting process between the frame and spring parts, are carried out in a single tool. The machine therefore operates particularly cost-effectively, because, in comparison with the prior art, the separately punched butterfly clips do not have to be inserted into a separate bending machine.
