The stripping edge unit is positionable so as to form an obtuse angle ? relative to the conveyor belt in a running direction of the conveyor belt and to rest against the conveyor belt at an acute angle ?, as measured at a right angle to the running direction and as seen in direction of the belt surface. The stripping-body axis of rotation intersects the stripping edge unit of the stripping blade at a point of intersection.
