Abstract: A portable transducer for detecting physical parameters during testing of an elevator's emergency stop device. In particular, acceleration and time values of a passenger and/or freight elevator are obtained. The transducer comprises a sensor, a timer associated to the sensor, and memory. The transducer can be connected to an evaluation unit to download data after the test is complete. The transducer is easy to handle and can have various test applications independent of the special conditions of the elevator, the transducer is transportable, can be removed from the elevator car, and contains a trigger component to initiate measurement and storage of data into the buffer memory.

Abstract: The present invention refers to a method of detecting of physical parameters, in particular parameters of motion, of a freight and/or of a passenger elevator whose elevator car is attached to a cable pull means driven by a traction sheave. The task to be solved by the present invention is the task of suggesting an examination method for examining such elevators, which reduces the expenditure of work in comparison with hitherto known examination methods and which increases the examination quality at the same time.

Abstract: Novel phenylpiperazinylpropane and -butane derivatives of hetarylphenols and hetarylanilines of the formula ##STR1## where R.sup.1 is hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R.sup.2 is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms or alkoxy where alkyl is of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, the phenyl ring can be monosubstituted or disubstituted by R.sup.2, X is oxygen or an NH group, and the heterocyclic structure Het. is 1,3,4-oxadiazolyl, triazolyl, imidazolyl or pyrazolyl, and their physiologically tolerated addition salts with acids, processes for their preparation, and pharmaceutical formulations which contain these compounds and exhibit predominantly sedative, neuroleptic and hypotensive properties.

Abstract: Bispidine derivatives of the formula ##STR1## where R.sup.1 is H or C.sub.6 H.sub.5, R.sup.2 is H, Cl or CF.sub.3, R.sup.3 is H, F or Cl and X is 0 or 1, and drugs which contain these compounds. The compounds are prepared by condensing N-monobenzylbispidine with appropriately substituted phenylethyl halides or by a Mannich reaction of N-benzylpiperid-4-one with appropriately substituted phenylalkylamines, followed by reduction. They exhibit mainly anti-arrhythmic action.
