    Abstract: A v-shaped shirt collar insert made of various materials placed around the neck of a packaged dress shirt such that the v-shape will support a neck tie for display. After a neck tie is folded around the v-shaped collar insert, a strap made of various materials is placed around the neck tie to gather the material of the neck tie to create the appearance of a “knotted” neck tie. The shirt and tie combination are then placed in a cardboard or plastic package to display the shirt and tie combination.
