  • Patent number: 11853492
Abstract: A rotary control input device for a capacitive touch screen is disclosed. The control device comprises a mounting element for retaining the device in place on the capacitive touch screen, a circuit frame rotatably mounted on the mounting element, the circuit frame including a rotation electrode, the rotation electrode being disposed to be adjacent and spaced apart from the capacitive touch screen when the device is retained in place. The device further includes a conductive body portion that is electrically connected to the rotation electrode, the circuit frame being rotatable about the mounting element, with respect to the capacitive touch screen, by a user via the conductive body portion.

  • Publication number: 20080202355
Abstract: To improve the efficiency of juice-extracting food processors (1) based on grating fruit or vegetables, wherein the inlet piece (2) forms an interstice (I) with the grating disk (3), interstitial cutting teeth (302) are arranged in the interstice (I). Pieces of fruit or vegetables in the interstice (I) are additionally accelerated in the direction of the sieve 151 due to centrifugal forces by the interstitial cutting teeth (302) acting on these pieces. The juice contained in these pieces is thus more efficiently extracted. For better processing of pieces of fruit or vegetables with a high juice content, the interstitial cutting teeth (302) are preferably higher than the other cutting teeth (301) of the grating disk (3).

  • Patent number: 6663274
Abstract: In a domestic appliance (1) having a housing (3) and having drive means (4) for rotationally driving at least one tool (5, 6) which is held by a holding means (17,18) and which is drivable with the aid of the drive means (4) so as to be rotated about a tool axis (31, 32), the tool (5, 6) is guided so as to be movable parallel to the direction of the tool axis (31, 32) and at least one spring means (39, 40) has been provided which resiliently loads a tool (5, 6) during rotational driving of this tool, namely towards the free end (33, 34) of the tool (5, 6).

  • Patent number: 6585403
Abstract: A hand-held mixer (1) includes a drive mechanism (36) for driving mixing tools (28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35), which mixing tools are detachably coupled to the drive mechanism (36) and are disengageable from the drive mechanism (36) with the aid of a movable disengaging device (42), and further includes speed switching circuits within a first module (9), with the aid of which speed switching circuits the speed of the mixing tools can be switched to different speed values. A movable actuating element (19) actuates the speed switching circuits and includes a switching handle (20). The disengaging device (42) and the actuating element (19) including the switching handle (20) are formed as a one-piece second module (44) which is arranged so as to be movable parallel to only one path of movement (43) both for actuation of the speed switching circuits and for disengagement of the mixing tools from the drive mechanism (36).
