The electronic biometric testing device is attached to the animal and comprises a battery, a biometric recording component, a memory to store biometric data, and a wireless transmitter to transmit the biometric data. The behavioral test management system receives the biometric data and determines that a set of testing conditions has been satisfied, and automatically administers a test in response to the satisfaction of those testing conditions.
