  • Publication number: 20070083153
Abstract: An infusion system for administration of a liquid medication may comprise a pump configured to pump the liquid medication through an infusion tube into the body of a patient, and a pressure sensor configured to monitor pressure in the infusion tube. The system may further comprise a control unit configured to control the pump. The infusion tube may carry a data line for communication of the control unit with either of the pump and the pressure sensor. The pressure sensor may monitor pressure in the infusion tube by detecting any pressure-effected expansion of a section of the infusion tube. The pressure sensor may comprise a first sensor surface arranged opposite to a second sensor surface that is carried by the section of the infusion tube. The fist and second sensor surfaces together may form a capacitor defining a capacitance that changes upon expansion of the section of the infusion tube.

  • Publication number: 20070074746
Abstract: A device for spraying spray products in a dishwasher enables the dishes to be impinged upon with dishwashing fluid in an efficient manner and to avoid wear and tear caused by moving parts and to provide trouble-free operation. The spraying device sprays dishwashing fluid into the inside of the washing container and includes at least one spray channel that guides at least one dishwashing liquid and is integrated into the bottom, top and/or wall area of the washing container, whereby openings which are oriented toward the interior of the washing container are provided on one side and enable the dishwashing fluid to pass therethrough. An improved more homogeneous distribution of dishwashing fluid is provided and it is possible to dispense with moving parts, such as spray arms for the distribution of dishwashing fluid, leading to greater freedom in terms of washing container and wash basket design.

  • Publication number: 20070075361
Abstract: In a method for producing a trench transistor, a substrate of a first conduction type is provided and a trench in the substrate and a gate dielectric in the trench are formed. A first conductive filling in the trench as a gate electrode on the gate dielectric and first source and drain regions are formed. An etched-back first conductive filling is produced by etching back the first conductive filling down to a depth below the first source and drain regions and second source and drain regions are formed. The second source and drain regions adjoin the first source and drain regions and extend to a depth at least as far as the etched-back first conductive filling. An insulation spacer above the etched-back first conductive filling is formed in the trench and a second conductive filling is provided in the trench as an upper part of the gate electrode.

  • Publication number: 20070068484
Abstract: In a method for determining the actuator energy required for the different injection types of an actuator of an internal combustion engine, the actuator is impinged by a control signal in such a way that an actuator signal is generated and an injection parameter of the internal combustion engine is set in such a way that said actuator signal is generated at a specific stored time. The first injection type in the combustion cycle is first deactivated in order to determine the actuator energy of said type from the second injection type.

  • Patent number: 7196431
Abstract: A device for prompting a controller in a vehicle to switch the controller from a normal operating state into an idle state includes a prompting device which switches a power supply through to the controller when activated to bring it into the normal operating state. The prompting device is connected in series to a first condenser and a resistor between power supply lines. A central tap between the first condenser and the resistor is connected directly or indirectly with the control input of a first transistor. An output of the first transistor is connected directly or indirectly with a control input of a second transistor that switches the supply current for the controller to be prompted. A connection line led back from the second transistor to the node between central tap and control input of the first transistor.
