  • Publication number: 20240093192
Abstract: Provided herein are compositions and methods for treating and/or ameliorating the FOXG1 syndromes or the symptoms associated therewith. The compositions and methods disclosed herein utilize antisense oligonucleotides that target long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) to increase FOXG1 expression in a cell, thereby restoring FOXG1 function.

  • Publication number: 20040226547
Abstract: A coating is plasma sprayed onto a cylinder bore and cylinder head sealing surface of a cylinder block of an internal combustion engine. The coating is harder and/or more wear resistant than the cylinder block, itself. A cylinder head mounts to the cylinder head sealing surface so that the coating is at least partially disposed between the cylinder block and the cylinder head. The coating therefore protects the cylinder block from exposure to the cavitating pressures that can develop in the combustion chamber of the cylinder. A depression is formed in the cylinder head sealing surface to account for the thickness of the coating. A chamfer is formed in the transition between the cylinder bore and the cylinder head sealing surface.

  • Patent number: 6231116
Abstract: The invention relates to an arrangement for a body structure (2) of a vehicle (1), comprising a load-carrying structure (3) which is arranged essentially transversal to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and mounted in each side of the vehicle (1), and an air conditioning system comprising an air conditioning unit (10) having components for air treatment. The invention is characterized in that at least a section (11) of the air conditioning unit (10) is functionally integrated with beam structure (3). An integrated arrangement with high strength and low weight is provided, which arrangement can also be easily built into a vehicle.

  • Patent number: 4207598
Abstract: For sending mail automatically, letters put in a sending station uncovered are scanned with a television camera tube, and the information is transmitted to storages in a telephone exchange. In the exchange, a numerical destination address written at a specified point is evaluated. With the aid of this destination address a path to the destination is set up automatically, preferably at night when there is little traffic, and the letter information is then transmitted. At the receiving station the information is reproduced and the letter is sealed before being delivered to the addressee.
