    Abstract: A sawblade machine has its setting members disposed adjacent the sawblade in nonclamping engagement therewith and defining an angle of the setting surfaces in excess of the angle defined between the outer planes of the teeth in the starting position. The setting members are then rotated to the teeth and returned to the starting position whereupon the clamping heads are relieved and the blade advanced.
