  • Patent number: 7806031
Abstract: A device for finely cutting workpieces from a material, which includes a press plate which is subjected to the pressure of a knife-edged ring cylinder consisting of a knife-edged ring and a clipping punch which is guided in the pressing plate, and associated with a blanking die with a counter holder (ejector) on a tappet, whereby the tappet is placed against at least one compensation cylinder which is hydraulically connect to the knife-edged ring cylinder.

  • Patent number: 6964225
Abstract: A press, especially a precision cutting press, for producing precision cut parts from a metal strip or a preform by means of a tool, which is fixed to a top tool clamping plate and a bottom tool clamping plate, wherein a tappet is allocated to one of the tool clamping plates. The tappet is supported against an element fixed to the machine by means of at least one tappet drive piston unit, which is fixedly connected to an opposite element that is also fixed to the machine by means of at least two guide columns, the other tool clamping plate being disposed in said element, whereby the tappet can be displaced along the guide column.

  • Publication number: 20030015017
Abstract: The invention concerns a press, especially a precision cutting press, for producing precision cut parts from a metal strip or a preform by means of a tool, which is fixed to a top tool clamping plate (38) and a bottom tool clamping plate (29), wherein a tappet (5) is allocated to one of the tool clamping plates (29). The tappet (5) is supported against an element (2) fixed to the machine by means of at least one tappet drive piston unit (8), which is fixedly connected to an opposite element (1) that is also fixed to the machine by means of at least two guide columns (4.1, 4.2), the other tool clamping plate (38) being disposed in said element, whereby the tappet (5) can be displaced along the guide column (4.1, 4.2).

  • Patent number: 4519205
Abstract: So as to be able to achieve, in yarn manufacture, the very high speed required by the textile industry in open-end spinning devices, for the purpose of increasing production, the rotors which are connected to the spinning container including a spinning groove, are designed as a hollow shaft, and this hollow shaft is guided radially on a bearing journal located in the interior of the hollow shaft by means of gas-dynamic radial plain bearings designed as inner bearings. Gas-dynamic axial plain bearings are provided for the axial guidance of the rotor rotating at very high speed. The rotor together with the spinning container can be pushed in and out in a simple way from the spinning side, and to position the rotor over the entire speed range, permanent magnets are located in the bearing journal opposite the rearside of the spinning container and in an annular widened portion of the bearing journal.
