Publication number: 20200047992Abstract: The invention relates to a mobile storage container for bulk material in the form of a container unit which is dimensioned such that it can be transported on public roads and in public areas without requiring special permits for said transport. The container unit has a container with sidewalls, an underfloor, and an intermediate bottom arranged above the underfloor. The container has a stiffness that allows for the container to be set up even in the filled state on any essentially level ground without pillar mounting and without a foundation. A discharge device for the bulk material and a cross conveyor are integrated into the container, and a vertical conveyor connected to the discharge device is integrated into the container unit. By means of the discharge device, the bulk material is dispensed at a discharge height from the container unit and transferred to the vertical conveyor. From the vertical conveyor, the bulk material is dispensed at a drop height, which is higher than the discharge height.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 13, 2018Publication date: February 13, 2020Inventor: Hans Werner

Patent number: 5665941Abstract: The accuracy of the output feed rate or output feed quantity of a differential dosing scale is increased by eliminating from the respective feed rate signal or output quantity signal measuring disturbance that can adversely influence the output accuracy. For this purpose, the size of the output signal variations or of the feed rate variations are processed in a fuzzy logic circuit (9) which allocates the respective signals to fuzzy sets, e.g. "small", "medium", "large" in accordance with type and size of the disturbance or interference. The fuzzy logic circuit (9) forms a filter control signal that corresponds to a filtering degree or filter factor. The filtering control signal controls the time constant of a time variable filter (6) through which the differentiated signal coming from the dosing scale load cells is passed prior to processing in the fuzzy logic circuit (9).Type: GrantFiled: March 18, 1994Date of Patent: September 9, 1997Assignee: Carl Schenck AGInventors: Josef Wehhofer, Hans Werner, Volker Tews

Patent number: 4977526Abstract: In a method and system for controlling a differential dosing scale having a weighing device and a control for the delivery rate especially of loose bulk material achieved by comparison of rated and actual weight values, measures are taken to eliminate the effects of disturbances of the output signal of the weighing device. Improvements are achieved in that an estimated or predicted value (G) for the next measured weight value is derived from previously measured values (G.sub.i) of the output signal (G) of the weighing device. The predicted value (G) is compared with the next actual measured value (G.sub.i) to determine a difference. If this difference exceeds a prescribed tolerance range or value, the control of the delivery rate continues at the unchanged previous actual value (P) of the delivery rate. Thus, the effects of disturbances are greatly reduced or even completely eliminated. Changes in the rated value of the delivery rate can also be taken into account.Type: GrantFiled: May 10, 1988Date of Patent: December 11, 1990Assignee: Carl Schenck AGInventors: Gerhard Jost, Hans Werner

Patent number: 4760129Abstract: A process for preparing highly viscous polyhexamethyleneadipamide by postpolycondensing the melt of a polymer having a relative viscosity of 2.5-2.7 (measured in a 1% strength solution in 96% strength sulfuric acid) in a twin-screw extruder having degassing zones and closely meshing screws which turn in the same direction. The polymer melt is polycondensed in the extruder by treatment in a plurality of serially arranged zones of alternatingly elevated and reduced pressure, wherein in the zones of elevated pressure, steam superheated to the temperature of the melt is supplied to the melt in an amount of 0.05-0.7 kg/kg of polymer, whereas in the zones of reduced pressure, the input vapor phase and water of condensation are drawn off. The temperature of the melt is raised at a uniform rate over the length of the extruder from 260.degree.-280.degree. C. in the first zone to 280.degree.-310.degree. C. in the last zone.Type: GrantFiled: July 31, 1986Date of Patent: July 26, 1988Assignees: Werner & Pfleiderer, Nautschno-Proisvodstvennoje Objedinenije "Plastmassy"Inventors: Erwin Haering, Heinz Herrmann, Wolfgang Klein, Herbert Ocker, Hans Werner, Elvina. Patent number: 4514090Abstract: An apparatus for processing viscous substances or substances which can be made viscous during processing has a casing, in whose bore is arranged a rotatable disk rotor, which comprises a shaft provided with disks. The disks only have a limited clearance relative to the bore wall and define between them a chamber, which has an outlet in front of a damming-back point. In order to provide a self-cleaning construction of the disk rotors and particularly the damming-back points, at least two disk rotors are arranged in axially parallel, partly interpenetrating bores. The disks of one disk rotor project into the chambers of the other disk rotor and the outer circumference thereof is substantially clearance-free with respect to the shaft.Type: GrantFiled: March 11, 1983Date of Patent: April 30, 1985Assignee: Werner and PfleidererInventors: Wilhelm Neubauer, Hans Werner

Patent number: 4286482Abstract: A unidirectional mechanism slides along guides within a casing against a spring. A recess in one end of the unidirectional mechanism receives the head of an anchor bolt, and a cover on the casing near that end receives a nut on the anchor bolt.Turning the casing in a counterclockwise direction engages the one-way mechanism, turning both the anchor bolt and the nut. When the anchor bolt is secure, the casing is turned clockwise. The one-way mechanism automatically disengages and the nut is turned on the anchor bolt without turning the anchor bolt.Type: GrantFiled: December 31, 1979Date of Patent: September 1, 1981Assignee: BWZ Berg-und Industrietechnik GmbHInventors: Walter Marsch, Hans Werner
