    Abstract: This application provides a communication method and a communication apparatus. The method includes: A sensing device may send a sensing signal in a second time period in a first time period, but does not send a sensing signal in a time period other than the second time period in the first time period. In other words, there is a limitation that a network device sends a signal in a part of a time domain length, so that sending the sensing signal and receiving the sensing signal are separately performed. Therefore, when antenna isolation is limited, the network device can avoid receive and transmit coupling interference caused by simultaneous receiving and sending.
