  • Patent number: 11886158
Abstract: A system architecture encoded on a non-transitory computer readable medium, the system architecture includes a first protocol. The first protocol is configured to receive a plurality of outputs from an ICS used in controlling an industrial system. The first protocol is configured to receive a plurality of inputs from a physical module. The physical module includes at least one of a component, a sensor, or the ICS. Additionally, the system architecture includes a second protocol, wherein the second protocol is configured to validate the plurality of inputs from the first protocol. Moreover, the system architectures includes a third protocol, wherein the third protocol is configured to validate the plurality of outputs from the first protocol. Further, the system architecture includes a fourth protocol, wherein the fourth protocol is configured to manage the ICS based on the second protocol and the third protocol.

  • Publication number: 20230036570
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for deceptive infusion and obfuscation of data are disclosed. An apparatus including a communication terminal and a processing circuitry. The communication terminal is configured to transmit information to an artificial intelligence engine. The processing circuitry is configured to decompose raw data into fundamental metadata and inference metadata. The processing circuitry is also configured to generate one or more concealment operators and generate a deception kernel responsive to the inference metadata, the one or more concealment operators, and/or the fundamental metadata. The processing circuitry is configured to obfuscate the fundamental metadata responsive to the one or more concealment operators and the deception kernel, and provide the obfuscated fundamental metadata and the inference metadata to the artificial intelligence engine for processing.

  • Publication number: 20220084704
Abstract: This invention relates to a parameter or response assist filter that ensures that the predictions of a post-validation calibrated physics system simulator will remain within boundaries of a predetermined model validation domain. Embodiments utilize one or more filters to ensure calibrated model parameters {acute over (P)} and/or calibrated responses {tilde over (?)} cause physics simulator model predictions to remain within the boundaries of the model validation domain MVD for a target application. The filters can be constructed prior to use or automatically inferred, or otherwise determined, from available measurements and other renditions of the physics system simulator during operation.

  • Publication number: 20090306943
Abstract: Methods, systems and computer program products for selecting input data, including operational parameters for a nuclear system using a reduced order model of a complex computational model are provided. The complex computational model includes a set of equations that describe the nuclear system. An adjoint model associated with the complex model can be obtained, and output data from the adjoint model can be calculated using a plurality of r random sets of input data to the adjoint model. A degree of correlation of the calculated adjoint output data can be determined. A plurality of k reduced correlation subsets of the plurality of r adjoint output data sets can be downselected based on the degree of correlation, such that k<r. The plurality of k reduced correlation subsets of the adjoint output data can be input as a plurality of input data sets to the complex computational model to provide a plurality of k output data sets.
