    Abstract: A delivery guidewire (100), comprising: a core wire (110) comprising a first segment (111), a second segment (112) and a third segment (113), which are arranged in sequence and have diameters decreasing in the direction from a distal end to a proximal end of the delivery guidewire (100); a metal ring (130) at least partially disposed at a proximal end of the first segment (111); and a spring (120) at least partially disposed over the outer side of the second segment (112). A distal end of the spring (120) abuts against a proximal end of the metal ring (130), and a distal section of the spring (120) has a diameter smaller than a diameter of a proximal section thereof. The diameter of the distal section of the spring (120) that is smaller than the diameter of the proximal section of the spring (120) results in a smaller clearance between the distal section of the spring (120) and the core wire (110), which enables greater concentricity of the distal section of the spring (120) with the core wire (110).

    Abstract: A vascular implant and a medical device. The vascular implant includes a tubular implant main segment (100, 400) braided from two or more interlaced wires (130, 132, 134, 136, 138) and having a first end (120, 420) and a second end (110, 410), which are located at two ends of g an axis of the implant main segment. The first end (120, 420) includes a plurality of looped-back rings (122, 124, 422, 424). The second end (110) includes a plurality of first joint portions (112), each of which is a non-invasive joint portion formed by joining at least two of the wires (130, 132, 134, 136, 138). At least one of the two or more wires (130, 132, 134, 136, 138) includes core and a jacket surrounding the core. The ends of the vascular implant will cause less damage to the wall of a blood vessel, and the implant provides improved stability and radiopacity.

    Abstract: A vascular implant, a delivery device and a medical apparatus are disclosed. The vascular implant includes a first engagement structure, and the delivery device includes the delivery shaft and a chamber. The delivery shaft includes a second engagement structure configured for detachable retaining engagement with the first engagement structure. Both the first engagement structure and the delivery shaft are configured to be received in the chamber. When the first engagement structure and the delivery shaft are received in the chamber, the first engagement structure is confined by the chamber and thus remains in retaining engagement with the second engagement structure, thus axially locking the vascular implant to the delivery shaft. When the first engagement structure is removed from the chamber, it is no longer confined thereby and is thus detachable from the second engagement structure, thus axially unlocking the vascular implant from the delivery shaft.
