  • Publication number: 20220173340
Abstract: An organic single-crystalline heterojunction composite film is provided. The organic single-crystalline heterojunction composite film comprises at least one organic single-crystalline efficiently coupled unit. The organic single-crystalline efficiently coupled unit constructed by two organic single-crystalline thin films laminated together, with highly efficient lamination. The organic single-crystalline heterojunction composite film of the present disclosure has multiple advantages, such as highly ordered molecular arrangement, few defects, long exciton diffusion length, and excellent charge carrier transportation in the single-crystalline layer, moreover, integration of optoelectronic function and flexibility could be realized. The preparation method of organic single-crystalline heterojunction composite film is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20220093884
Abstract: An organic single-crystalline semiconductor structure is provided. The organic single-crystalline semiconductor structure composes substrate, growth-assisted layer, electrodes, organic single-crystalline semiconductor layer. The growth-assisted layer deposited on the substrate from bottom to top. The organic single-crystalline semiconductor layer is defined as the organic semiconductor single-crystal thin film which basically maintained its original morphology after crossing the electrodes. The organic single-crystalline semiconductor thin film could realize full-covering over the arbitrary-shaped or arbitrary-sized bottom-contacted substrates, and the nearly ideal morphology on industrialized scale could be achieved. This organic single-crystalline semiconductor structure could be applied as key part in organic field-effect transistor, in order to realized fast transportation of charge carriers.

  • Patent number: 11079389
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for identifying a synthetic classifier including contacting at least a first and second samples derived from different groups of a cohort with a first plurality of peptides. The first plurality of peptides includes a first subset of peptides defining at least one naturally occurring amino acid sequence, and a second subset of peptides defining a plurality of variants of the first subset of peptides. The plurality of variants includes, for each one of the first subset of peptides, a variant peptide having at least one of a substitution, a deletion, an insertion, an extension, and a modification. The method further includes selecting at least one of the plurality of variants from the second subset of peptides, and defining a synthetic classifier including the at least one of the plurality of variants that distinguishes between samples derived from the first and second cohorts.
