Abstract: Disclosed is a device for partially repairing a pipe by using a hose band for connecting oil or water pipes which facilitates the repair of a leak part generated in the pipe with low cost. To this end the device includes a hose band, and a leak prevention means consisting of a packing material provided in the inside of the hose band. The present invention makes it possible to repair a leak of a pipe by means of a cheap hose band instead of an expensive pipe coupling, thus reducing the cost for managing an apartment or house provided with pipes.
