    Abstract: A chain fault diagnosis system and a chain fault diagnosis method for a scraper conveyor are provided. The diagnosis system includes a strain rosette attached on a top end surface of each sprocket tooth of the scraper conveyor. The strain rosette is connected to a signal gathering unit fixed on a scraper conveyor roller through a shielded conductor, the signal gathering unit sends a gathered signal to a wireless receiving device by means of wireless transmission, and the wireless receiving device transmits the gathered signal obtained thereby to an industrial control computer through a USB interface. The diagnosis method includes the following three steps: chain dislocation/skip fault judgment, chain breakage fault judgment and chain seizure fault judgment.

    Abstract: A method of building a stereoscopic model with Kalman filtering (KF) is provided. The method entails capturing images of the environment with a sensing device to build the stereoscopic model and then correcting a static object and a dynamic object in the environmental images with Kalman filtering to enhance the accuracy of the stereoscopic model. The prior art is a great reduction of accuracy in simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) in the event of increased system variation, increased complexity, or increased involved field. The method overcomes a drawback of the prior art.

For example, access points are provided that self-discover existing access point clusters present on a single layer 2 broadcast domain or virtual local area network (VLAN). The access points may join one of the existing access point clusters or establish a new access point cluster, depending on compatibility or capacity, for example. Access point clusters that are present on a single VLAN may be distinguished based on a cluster identifier in order for multiple access point clusters to operate on the VLAN without creating a conflict. One or more criteria, such as a cluster identifier, a cluster size, a cluster version, a network latency, etc., may be used by an access point in determination of which of multiple access point clusters to join. When multiple clusters are operating on the VLAN, a supercluster may be formed.

    Abstract: This invention involves a method and a device for enhanced oil-water separation and desalination in a low-pressure separator. The water-containing oil is mixed with desalted water in a countercurrent way at the entrance, wherein the desalted water accounts for 0-1% of the water-containing oil by volume. The resultant oil-water mixture then enters a T-shaped liquid-gas separator (3) for degassing treatment to quickly separate gas from the mixture. In a low-pressure separator, the oil-water mixture flows, from left to right, to a flow conditioner (4) to uniformly distribute the mixture in the transverse section, and then flows to a hydrophilic droplet agglomeration module (5) and a CPI fast separation module (6) to separate water from oil, wherein part of the separated water is discharged and the oil with a trace of water (0-0.01%) passes over a partition (18) to a deep separation segment.
