The system includes an information database, a score database, an inference engine and an information providing module. The information database has a plurality of messages stored therein and the messages are related to the observed entity. The score database has a plurality of scores recorded thereinto, and the scores are corresponding to the messages and are input by the user. The inference engine retrieves at least one selected message from the messages stored in the information database according to at least one source data and the score database and generates a list of the selected message. The information providing module provides the selected message to the user according to the list.

The weight detecting module is disposed inside the second accommodating space to measure weights of the bottle and the liquid at different time points and to determine the volume variation of the liquid according to a difference of the weights of the bottle and the liquid at different time points.
