    Abstract: The invention discloses an image restoration method and an imager processing apparatus using the same. The method includes the following steps: receiving a haze image comprising a plurality of pixels; detecting whether a color cast phenomenon occurs on the haze image; if yes, calculating a plurality of Laplacian distribution values respectively corresponding to the color channels; determining a maximum distribution value and a minimum distribution value among the Laplacian distribution values, and generating a self-adaptive parameter by comparing the maximum distribution value and the minimum distribution value; adjusting the transmission map by the self-adaptive parameter so as to generate a adjusted transmission map; calculating a plurality of color parameters respectively corresponding to the color channels according to the Laplacian distribution values; and restoring the haze image by using the color parameters and the adjusted transmission map so as to obtain a restored image.

A sequence of incoming frames of a fixed location delivered over a network are received. A plurality of discriminant patterns are generated from the sequence of incoming frames based on a Fisher's Linear Discriminant (FLD) model. A background model is constructed from the sequence of incoming frames based on a Radial Basis Function (RBF) network model. A current incoming frame is received and divided into a plurality of current incoming blocks. Each of the current incoming blocks is classified as either a background block or a moving object block according to the discriminant patterns. Whether a current incoming pixel of the moving object blocks among the current incoming blocks is a moving object pixel or a background pixel is determined according to the background model.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparing diamino-dicyclohexyl methane (H12MDA) by hydrogenation of diamino-diphenyl methane (MDA). In the process, 4,4?-MDA used as the starting material is firstly hydrogenated to prepare 4,4?-H12MDA. When the activity of the catalyst is reduced, the feed is switched from 4,4?-MDA to the mixture of 2,4?-MDA and 4,4?-MDA, and then when the conversion is stabilized, the feed is switched to 4,4?-MDA again. The deactivated catalyst is activated on line by switching the feed to the mixture of 2,4?-MDA and 4,4?-MDA. 4,4?-H12MDA having the trans-trans isomer content of 16˜24 wt % is produced, and the mixture of 2,4?-H12MDA and 4,4?-H12MDA is also produced, wherein the content of 2,4?-H12MDA in the mixture is 4˜15 wt %.

    Abstract: A position sensorless step-wise freewheeling control method for a switched reluctance motor having dual switched-mode power converters for each phase doesn't require any additional external hardware, any rotor-position sensor, or storage of flux linkage data of the motor. After the upper and lower tubes of the main switch are switched off, and the phase of the switched reluctance motor enters into a negative voltage forced freewheeling state, the phase current is detected. When the phase current falls to a preset threshold, one of the upper or lower tubes is switched on and the phase enters into a zero voltage natural freewheeling state. When the phase current reaches a peak value, the rotor position becomes the start position of the minimum phase inductance and the rotor position is used as the switch-on position of the main switch. The upper and lower tubes are then switched on.

The system performs dimension reduction on the full feature to derive a final feature.
