The method includes depositing a material on the workpiece. The heater includes first/second/third heating coils. The first heating coil has first/second ends and the first heating coil continuously extends between the first end and the second end. The second heating coil extends between the first/second ends of the first heating coil. The third heating coil extends between the first/second ends of the first heating coil. By using the tunable heating feature and the tilting feature of the workpiece pedestal, the present disclosure can reduce or eliminate the shadowing effect problem of the related workpiece pedestal in the art.

Shuffled numeric user information may be generated based on the table index and a plurality of randomly generated numeric tables, and transformed to alphanumeric user information (e.g., via format-preserving encryption, additive cipher, etc.). Each character of the alphanumeric user information may be shuffled through a different alphanumeric table of the plurality of alphanumeric tables identified for the character based on the table index. Moreover, an alphanumeric token may be generated based on the shuffled characters of the alphanumeric user information.

Lipase and organic acid are used and subjected to hydrophobic modification of anthocyanins to obtain acylated anthocyanins, the acylated anthocyanins and oil-phase gel are then dissolved in vegetable oil to form an oil phase, while a sodium alginate aqueous solution is used as a water phase, the oil phase and the water phase are mixed and subjected to high-speed shearing, and calcium carbonate and glucono-?-lactone are finally added for high-speed shearing to form emulsion gel. The emulsion gel prepared in the present disclosure has both a freshness indication and a low migration rate, and the preparation method of the present disclosure is simple, green, pollution-free and low energy consumption.

The deposition system provides an array of magnet members which generate a magnetic field and redirect the magnetic field based on target thickness measurement data. To adjust or redirect the magnetic field, at least one of the magnet members in the array tilts to focus on an area of the target where more target material remains than other areas.
