The latching component includes a hooking portion disposed between a first end and a second of the latching component. The actuating component is slidably disposed on the base, and includes a substrate, a pressing portion and a contacting portion. The pressing portion and the contacting portion are disposed on the substrate. When the pressing portion is in a protruding position, the contacting portion presses the second end of the latching component to set the hooking portion in an unlocked position; while the pressing portion is moved to a hiding position, the contacting portion may be separated from the second end to move the hooking portion to a locked position.
