    Abstract: A battery pack includes a phase change material, which implements temperature management of the battery pack by virtue of the heat dissipation action of the phase change material. The battery pack includes a plurality of battery cells, at least one of which is partially provided with a phase change material and brackets for supporting the plurality of battery cells. The phase change material is disposed at the maximum heat dissipating region of the battery cell, and the maximum heat dissipating region is a region partially extending from an intermediate position of the outer surface of the battery cell towards a positive pole end.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a lamp structure with stacked light transparent boards. The lamp structure includes a lamp base, a light source module, plural transparent boards, and an electrical wire module. The light source module is placed inside the lamp base and is connected to an outside power supply by the electrical wire module, the transparent boards are stacked on the lamp base, and each of the transparent boards has a central hole, the central hole can be of different size for different transparent boards. The central holes of the transparent boards together form the designed light shape of the lamp structure. Lamp designs and productions by using the lamp structure of the present invention is easier and cheaper and full of plenty diversities. The repairing cost is low, since only replacement of the damaged portion of the lamp structure is required, but not throwing away the whole lamp.

    Abstract: A composite phase change material and the method for forming the material is disclosed herein. thereof, especially a composite phase change material for lithium battery cooling, comprising polyethylene glycol, silica vehicle and composite flame retardant comprising graphite and polymer, wherein the weight ratio of the graphite and polymer is approximately 1:2. The composite phase change material according to the invention has a good stability and a thermal conductivity, a small corrosivity, a high phase transition enthalpy of 150-350 J/g, and a morphological stability during phase change. Moreover, addition of high thermal conductivity material and composite flame retardant ensures good thermal conductivity and excellent flame retardant effect of the phase change material.

The weld voltage signal is monitored and analyzed to determine the occurrence of the detachment of a weld droplet. The weld droplet detachment is determined via statistical techniques as having occurred at a normal interval following a prior detachment indicating consistent weld process or as a sporadic detachment having occurred at an irregular interval with respect to the prior detachment and indicating inconsistent weld process. The weld process is adjusted by controlling the weld process variables to maximize the predominance of droplet detachment at normal intervals and minimize the occurrence of the sporadic detachments.

The lime-based additive for steel smelting comprises lime-based material and carbonaceous material, wherein the content of the lime-based material is 40-80 wt % relative to the total amount of the additive, and the remaining is the carbonaceous material; the lime-based material is a passivated CaO powder with a low flowability, or the mixture of the passivated CaO powder and CaCO3 powder, and the carbonaceous material is at least one of the coke, graphite, semi-coke powder and coal with carbon content not less than 85 wt %. When the additive has a shape of pellet, and it further comprises 1-5 wt % of agglomerant which has a microstructure of strip, streak or dendritic, and is at least one of MgO, Al2O3, and CaCO3.
