    Abstract: A semiconductor package includes a semiconductor device, an encapsulating material, a redistribution structure, and an adhesive residue. The encapsulating material encapsulates a first part of a side surface of the semiconductor device. The redistribution structure is disposed over the semiconductor device and a first side of the encapsulating material. The adhesive residue is disposed over a second side of the encapsulating material opposite to the first side and surrounding the semiconductor device, wherein the adhesive residue encapsulates a second part of the side surface of the semiconductor device.

    Abstract: In an embodiment, a method includes: forming a fin extending from a substrate; forming a first gate mask over the fin, the first gate mask having a first width; forming a second gate mask over the fin, the second gate mask having a second width, the second width being greater than the first width; depositing a first filling layer over the first gate mask and the second gate mask; depositing a second filling layer over the first filling layer; planarizing the second filling layer with a chemical mechanical polish (CMP) process, the CMP process being performed until the first filling layer is exposed; and planarizing the first filling layer and remaining portions of the second filling layer with an etch-back process, the etch-back process etching materials of the first filling layer, the second filling layer, the first gate mask, and the second gate mask at the same rate.

    Abstract: A card-type storage device includes a processing chip and a memory module. The processing chip is selectively operated in a data accessing mode or a data uploading mode. The memory module is electrically connected with the processing chip. A first data set generated by the medical device at a first time point and a second data set generated by the medical device at a second time point are stored in the memory module. In the data accessing mode, a first storage list is established by the processing chip according to the first data set, and the first storage list is updated as a second storage list according to the second data set. If the processing chip judges that the second data set satisfies a predetermined condition, the processing chip enters the data uploading mode.

Then, the memory card device is installed in a medical device. After the virtual private network connection application program is executed and the memory card device is connected to a virtual private network server according to a connection request, the data from the medical device is transmitted to the virtual private network server through the memory card device. In such way, the data will not be attacked by malware and stolen by a third-party manufacturer during the transmission process.
