    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method of cutting plies of a composite laminate, a composite laminate thereof, a wind turbine blade with such composite laminate, and a cutting apparatus thereof. The cutting apparatus includes cutting elements for performing a plurality of first and second local cuts in the terminated edge area of the ply. The first and second cuts define a plurality of cutaways. The cutting apparatus further includes means for removing the cut-off pieces from the terminated edge area. The shortened fibres and the uncut fibres are optionally mixed along the terminated edge area to form a chamfering of the terminated edge. Alternatively, the fibres are shortened along different first cutting lines wherein a percentage of the fibres at each first cut are shortened to form shortened fibres with different lengths.

The plurality of braided threads include first braided threads each having a color different from a color of any of the plurality of bunches of fibers, and a respective distance between every two adjacent first braided threads is configured to make wrinkle defects that could be formed in fabric layers detectable. After the curing and molding, the positions of the defects and the layer(s) where the defects are formed can be determined according to the states of the first braided threads.

Firstly, diisocyanate organic matters are used as a modifier to carry out chemical reaction with the hydromagnesite powder to obtain modified hydromagnesite powder particles. Secondly, tris(4-aminophenyl)amine and 2,5-dihydroxyterephthalaldehyde are adopted as reaction monomers for reacting to obtain the Covalent Organic Framework (COF) material. And finally, taking modified hydromagnesite powder particle as a core and COF as a shell, the COF@hydromagnesite composite material is prepared. The COF@hydromagnesite composite material synthesized by the method disclosed by the disclosure is simple in preparation process, high in stability and good in selectivity, which can be used for adsorption treatment of lead ions in water.

    Abstract: Provided is method of extracting and separating gallium by emulsion liquid membrane. The method of extracting and separating gallium by emulsion liquid membrane includes preparation of the emulsion liquid membrane, extraction and deextraction. By establishing a proper emulsion liquid membrane system, gallium is selectively extracted from the gallium leaching solution. In the scheme of the present disclosure, chosen factors are optimized through fractional fractorial design and central composite design so as to obtain an optimal processing scheme. The influences of gallium solution/emulsion volume ratio, extractant concentration, H2SO4 concentration, emulsion stirring duration and emulsion stirring speed on the gallium extraction rate are studied, and efficient enrichment of gallium is achieved.

The powder is mixed with polyethylene and an auxiliary agent, and extruded for granulation at 160-200° C. to obtain polyethylene composite material. The material has excellent tensile strength and flame retardant property.
