Abstract: Geologic modeling methods and systems may use design-space to design-space mapping to facilitate simulation grid generation for multiple interpretations of a subsurface region. As one example, one or more embodiments of a geologic modeling method may comprise: obtaining first and second geologic models having different structural interpretations of a subsurface region; mapping each of the geologic models to associated design space models representing an unfaulted subsurface region; determining a design-to-design space mapping from the first design space model to the second design space model; using said mapping to copy parameter values from the first design space model to the second of the design space model; gridding each of the design space models to obtain design space meshes; partitioning cells in the first and second design space meshes along faults; reverse mapping the partitioned design space meshes to the physical space to obtain first and second physical space simulation meshes.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of a stability design of pressure vessels and main bearing members of nuclear engineering, and discloses a new design method for an allowable compressive stress of an axially compressed cylinder. By introducing elastic-plastic influence parameters and cylinder structure characteristic parameters, a critical buckling stress values of axially compressed cylinders under different buckling failure modes and a critical buckling stress reduction factor considering the influence of initial defects are obtained. At the same time, a design safety factor of the axially compressed cylinder is given, and a new calculation flow for the allowable compressive stress of the axially compressed cylinder is put forward. The present method is of great significance to promote the development of large-scale and lightweight axially compressed cylinders in engineering.

Abstract: A method and device for identifying the washing quality of a feather material are applied to a feather material washing apparatus and essentially entail: a sampling unit that takes an appropriate amount of the water discharged from the feather material washing apparatus as a water sample, an impurity removing module that removes feather fiber and impurities that may compromise inspection accuracy, and a laser sensing device that senses, while the water sample is static, a transparency value of a portion of the water sample that extends across a predetermined distance, in order to identify the washing quality of a washed feather material. The method and device for identifying the washing quality of a feather material exercise intelligent judgment to enable a consistent standard, to ensure the efficiency and quality of a feather material washing procedure, and to reduce the associated costs.

Abstract: The technology disclosed herein enables configuration and sharing of a coverage map which displays asset data. In various implementations, an asset owner provides access to select portions of asset data, such as vehicle performance data, to an end-user. The asset owner configures a coverage map to display the selected data according to the type of asset data to be displayed, the scope of the data to be displayed, and other map attributes. Once configured, a URL is generated which the fleet operator provides to the end-user.

Abstract: A transaction processing method and system, and a server. The method includes: after a first node obtains at least one statement corresponding to a first transaction, the first node may classify each statement, and send the at least one statement to at least one second node according to the type of each statement, respectively, so that the at least one second node generates an execution plan corresponding to the received statement according to the statement; then the first node may process the first transaction according to the received execution plan which corresponds to the at least one statement of the first transaction and is sent by the at least one second node. In this way, embodiments can process statements of multiple types at the same time, thereby effectively improving the processing efficiency of the system, reducing the operating burden of the system, and ensuring the transactionality of the system.

The method can quickly parse a database statement and is favorable for improving the response speed and the working efficiency of a database.

The phase shifter comprises: a first substrate and a second substrate arranged in cell-aligned manner; a first electrode layer arranged on a side of the first substrate facing the second substrate; a second electrode layer arranged on a side of the second substrate facing the first substrate, and comprising electrically isolated electrode plates; and isolation zones arranged between the first electrode layer and the second substrate, wherein the isolation zones, the first electrode layer, and the second electrode layer form independent sealing areas, wherein each of the electrode plates corresponds to respective one of the sealing areas, and liquid crystal layers are sealed in the sealing areas, wherein dielectric constants of the liquid crystal layers in each sealing area are not exactly the same.
