    Abstract: A ribbon speaker includes a housing, first and second magnet assemblies, a ribbon diaphragm, a coil, and a flexible substrate. The first and second magnet assemblies is arranged in the housing. The same poles of the first magnet assembly and the second magnet assembly are arranged opposite to each other. The diaphragm is positioned between these magnet assemblies. The coil, placed on this diaphragm, includes two first connection portions. The flexible substrate includes a body, two connection portions, and two soldering portions. The body's first part is inside the housing, while the second part arranged outside. The second connections on the body's first part electrically connected to the coil's first connections. The externally positioned soldering portions facilitate easier assembly, significantly reducing soldering complexity. The soldering portions are respectively and electrically connected to the second connection portions.

The transfer compartment of the workpiece processing apparatus includes a robot configured to transfer or transport ones of the workpieces to and from these respective storage areas through the transfer compartment and to and from a tool compartment. A tool is present in the tool compartment for processing and refining the respective workpieces. Clean dry air (CDA) may be circulated through the respective storage areas. The air curtains formed by the air curtain devices and the circulation of CDA through the respective storage areas reduces the likelihood of the generation of defects, damages, and degradation of the workpieces when present within the workpiece processing apparatus.

According to an aspect, a computer-implemented method includes configuring a network computing element to route a plurality of requests from two or more clients to a service in a containerized-networked system. A horizontal service-level autoscaler monitors one or more aspects of the requests to the service from the two or more clients. A new pod including a set of running containers with shared resources in the containerized-networked system is created based at least in part on the horizontal service-level autoscaler determining that at least one of the one or more aspects of the requests exceeds a threshold. A new service mapping is created to accept subsequent requests from one of the two or more clients that triggered creation of the new pod.
