    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a method and apparatus for determining a target anchor, a device and a storage medium. The method may include: extracting a plurality of feature maps of an original image using a feature extraction network; inputting the plurality of feature maps into a feature pyramid network to perform feature fusion, to obtain a plurality of fused feature maps; and using a region proposal network to implement operations as follows: determining an initial anchor of a network head using the fused feature map, based on a size of each fused feature map, and determining an offset parameter of the initial anchor, based on a ratio of the size of the fused feature map to the original image, and generating a plurality of candidate anchors in different directions, based on the offset parameter of the initial anchor.

This structure comes from the structural optimization of FK866, a high-efficiency NAMPT inhibitor. In the structure, the substituted formyl piperazine and substituted formyl pyrrolidine are the further optimizations on the basis of FK866, which strengthens the interaction with NAMPT.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a miniaturized MOPA structure DPSSL (Diode Pumped Solid State Laser), which comprises a laser oscillator module and a laser amplifier module. The laser oscillator module consists of a seed laser and its collimating system, and the laser amplifier module consists of a laser pump module and a laser gain element. The seed laser with high beam quality is collimated by collimation system, then input into the gain element; the pump laser is pumped into the gain element via end pump or side pump mode. The seed laser beam transmits into the gain medium and is reflected by the interface several times with the “Zigzag” path, which makes the seed laser fully gained and amplified, finally achieving high power and high beam quality laser output. In one aspect, a method for personalizing an automated conversational system includes: making predictions of a familiarity of a user with concepts needed to understand a standard output utterance based on the familiarity of an aggregate of users and a background knowledge model of the concepts and related concepts, wherein the standard output utterance assumes that the concepts are known; and giving, by the automated conversational system, an output utterance that is tailored to the user given the predictions. For instance, the automated conversational system can give the standard output utterance to the user when it is predicted that the user is familiar with the concepts, or a nonstandard output utterance when it is it is predicted that the user is unfamiliar with at least one of the concepts.

A first transcription of an utterance is received using the default language corpus and natural language processing (NLP). At least one problem word in the first transcription is determined based on an associated grammatical relevance to neighboring words in the first transcription. Upon determining that a first probability score is below a first threshold, an acoustic lookup is performed for an audible match for the problem word in the first transcription based on an associated acoustical relevance. Upon determining that a second probability score is below a second threshold, it is determined whether a match for the problem word exists in the secondary language corpus. Upon determining that the match exists in the secondary language corpus, a second transcription for the utterance is provided.
