    Abstract: A disaster prevention and warning system is used to monitor an electrical thermal insulation system for a pipeline. The electric thermal insulation system includes a plurality of heaters and a plurality of temperature controllers, each of which is electrically connected to first and second electrical connectors, respectively. The disaster prevention and warning system includes pluralities of first and second thermocouples and a human-machine interface controller. The human-machine interface controller includes a programmable controller and a warning device, and the programmable controller is electrically connected to the warning device. The programmable controller judges if the temperature of the heater is higher than the first warning temperature value or if the temperature of the first electrical connector is higher than the second warning temperature value.

The second stage DCI is sent in a first physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), the first PDSCH is a physical channel without data transmission. The second stage DCI has a second stage DCI format, and the apparatus obtains the at least one second stage DCI format based on at least one of the first stage DCI and the second DCI. This allows a lot of flexibility in formats of the second stage DCI.

    Abstract: An air interface is the wireless communications link between two or more communicating devices. An air interface generally includes a number of components that specify how a transmission is to be sent and/or received, e.g. components defining a waveform, a frame structure, a multiple access scheme, a coding scheme, etc. Artificial intelligence (AI) may be implemented in relation to one or more components of the air interface. Therefore, a network may need to accommodate operation for both air interfaces that are not AI enabled and air interfaces that are AI enabled. In some embodiments, methods are provided for switching between different AI modes and a non-AI mode. In some embodiments, a measurement signaling mechanism and related feedback channel configuration is provided so that the same measurement signaling mechanism and related feedback channel may be used regardless of whether a device implements an AI-enabled air interface.
