    Abstract: An electronic device manufacturing system configured to obtain sensor data associated with a deposition process performed in a process chamber to deposit a film stack on a surface of a substrate. The film stack can include a known film pattern and an unknown film pattern. The manufacturing system is further configured to input the sensor data into a first trained machine-learning model to obtain a first output value of the first trained machine-learning model. The first output value can be associated with the known film pattern. The manufacturing system is further configured to input the first output value into a second trained machine-learning model to obtain a second output value of the second trained machine-learning model. The second output value can be indicative of metrology data of the known film pattern.

    Abstract: A fabrication method of a semiconductor substrate includes: performing a chemical mechanical polishing process on a silicon carbide wafer; and performing a heating process on the silicon carbide wafer to remove a naturally formed oxide layer, to remove contaminants, to obtain a scratch-free surface, and to planarize, wherein the heating process includes: heating a chamber of a furnace and the silicon carbide wafer to T degrees Celsius for a time t, and introducing hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, or/and hydrogen chloride into the chamber; and then cooling down the furnace.

    Abstract: An apparatus and a method for rendering three-dimensional stereoscopic images are provided. The apparatus comprises a multi-view processor, an object device, a depth device, and a block filling device. The multi-view processor obtains depth related data of a first pixel and a second pixel which are adjacent to each other on the input image, calculates a difference between the depth related data and determines whether the first pixel and the second pixel are continuous according to the difference. The object device executes a process of object detection to output contour information. The depth device executes a process of object judgment to output distance information. The block filling device detects a hole region in each viewpoint image, searches a search region adjacent to the hole region for a number of original pixels, and fills the hole region.

    Abstract: A stereo image depth map generation device that includes a depth calculation module, a first order bilateral filter module and a second order bilateral filter module is provided. The depth calculation module receives a reference image including a plurality of reference pixels and a target image including a plurality of target pixels to generate an initial depth map according to pixel differences of the reference pixels and the target pixels. The first order bilateral filter module receives the initial depth map to perform a first order bilateral filtering calculation according to the initial depth map and the initial depth map itself to generate an averaged depth map. The second order bilateral filter module receives the averaged depth map and the target image to perform a second order bilateral filtering calculation according to the averaged depth map and the target image to generate a refined depth map.
