    Abstract: In a probabilistic amplitude shaping (PAS) system, a distribution matching (DM) component may receive a uniform bit sequence with equal probabilities, which may be converted into symbols with a desired probability distribution (e.g., Gaussian). For example, the probability distribution may use inner constellation points associated with a lower energy and/or power more frequently and outer constellation points associated with a higher energy and/or power less frequently. In general, the DM component may map binary bits to positive amplitudes with a non-uniform distribution according to a DM rate that is based at least in part on a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), which may vary significantly in a spatial and frequency selective wireless channel. Accordingly, some aspects described herein relate to configuring DM parameters and codeword and resource mappings in a spatial and frequency selective wireless channel.

    Abstract: With invocations of a software development pipeline, organization specific remediations/fixes for a software project can be learned from scanning results of code submissions (e.g., commits or merges) across an organization for a software project(s). Fixes of detected program code flaws can be detected and/or specified across scans and associated with flaw identifiers and used for training machine learning models to identify candidate fixes for detected flaws. This ongoing learning during development propagates fixes created or chosen by experts (e.g., software engineers working on the software project) relevant to the software project. The experts can choose from suggestions mined from the learned fixes of the organization and suggestions generated from a pipeline created with the trained machine learning models. The selections are then used for further training of the machine learning models that form the pipeline.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for lead carbon compression moulding comprising a first stacking step and a first compressing step so that a lead-carbon electrode is obtained through compressing a lead-carbon sandwich stacked of a lead material and a carbon material. Pressurization of the working environment or heating both the lead material and the carbon material is not required during the procedure. A massive production of lead-carbon electrode at room temperature can be anticipated. The lead-carbon electrode produced thereby enhance tolerance of the battery against instable electric current or voltage, and performance remains steady after multiple times of charge-discharge cycles. The lead-carbon electrode produced thereby demonstrates high potentials for application with low cost, low loss and high capacity.

    Abstract: To preserve privacy when leveraging organization-specific remediation knowledge for flaw remediation across organizations, program code is deidentified to remove code which potentially identifies its source/origin. Deidentification operates based on structure of flaws and fixes at the level of source code constructs based on an abstract syntax tree (AST) or other structural context representation of a fix and corresponding flaw. Potentially identifying portions of a fix indicated in its AST are determined and modified (e.g., removed or obfuscated) without impacting AST structure. Deidentified remediation knowledge originating from different organizations is used to train a fix suggestion model(s) which learns structural context of fixes and corresponding flaws and, once trained, generates predictions indicating suggested fixes to flaws based on structural contexts of the flaws.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for making lead-carbon electrode sheets, lead-carbon electrode sheets and lead-carbon battery. The method consists of steps of oxidizing lead under low-temperature atmosphere and the oxidized lead is used as interface layer of lead-carbon coupling, and using a specialized ventilation method for the carbon to coat the lead. The interface layer of oxidized lead forms a stable interface between the carbon and the lead. Meanwhile, through controlling pressure and temperature, a multi-porous metal composite is formed and the porosity can be penetration paths for air and liquid when the multi-porous metal composite is applied. The lead-carbon composite is applied as a lead-carbon electrode sheet and is further welded as a lead-carbon electrode sheet of a lead-carbon battery.
