    Abstract: A mesoporous cerium oxide nano-material and a preparation method and an application thereof are provided in the present disclosure, belonging to the technical field of porous materials. The preparation method includes the following steps: using porous organic frameworks material as a templating agent, impregnating and adsorbing cerium salt precursor under an action of alkali, and removing the templating agent by roasting pyrolysis to obtain the mesoporous cerium oxide nano-material. POFs is carbonized into mesoporous carbon materials by calcination in inert atmosphere, which supports the mesoporous channels of cerium oxide, and then the carbonized carbon materials of POFs are removed by calcination in air atmosphere, forming the mesoporous structure of cerium oxide. The mesoporous cerium oxide nano-material prepared by the present disclosure has a high specific surface area and mesoporous structure, and is used as a catalytic material or catalyst carrier.

    Abstract: Enhancement of uplink transmissions with survival time or delay sensitive data is discussed. A set of time sensitive resources is preconfigured for one or more user equipment (UEs). A serving base station communicates an identification of the configured time sensitive resources to the UEs. Upon detection of time sensitive data for transmission, a UE may send a time sensitive scheduling request to the base station that indicates the UE will be transmitting time sensitive data on the configured resources. When shared amount multiple UEs, the serving base station may send availability signals to the other UEs when the configured time sensitive resources are being used by another UE and when the configured resources are available again.     Abstract: A hardware accelerator comprises a PE array, an internal buffer unit, and a data scheduler. The data scheduler obtains multiple image lines from the internal buffer unit and schedules the PE array to sequentially perform MAC (multiply-accumulate) operations on the multiple image lines. There are overlapping pixel lines between adjacent image lines, and the overlapping pixel lines are subjected to MAC operations in both of their adjacent image lines to which they belong. During the MAC operations on each image line, the PEs of the PE array are scheduled to perform MAC operations in tiles on multiple tiles included in each image line. For adjacent tiles, the operation result of the overlapping portion between the previous tile and the subsequent tile is cached, and combined with the operation result of the non-overlapping portion of the subsequent tile to form the MAC operation result of the subsequent tile.
