    Abstract: A semiconductor structure and a fabrication method of the semiconductor structure are provided. The method includes providing a substrate, forming a first dielectric layer and a plurality of gate structures, forming source-drain doped regions, and forming a source-drain plug. The first dielectric layer covers surfaces of the gate structure, the source-drain doped region and the source-drain plug. The method also includes forming a first plug in the first dielectric layer, and forming a second dielectric layer on the first dielectric layer. The first plug is in contact with a top surface of one of the source-drain plug and the gate structure. The second dielectric layer covers the first plug. Further, the method includes forming a second plug material film in the first and second dielectric layers. The second plug material film is in contact with the top surface of one of the source-drain plug and the gate structure.

The abnormal vibration monitoring can be performed on the vibration object in the target monitoring region in time according to this method.

Both fire-fighting medium docking and fire extinguishing are realized; a quick access to a battery is realized and fire-extinguishing inspection efficiency of a cable tunnel is improved.

Each edge node performs local training by using local data, to obtain a local model parameter, broadcasts the local model parameter through a corresponding miner, then assigns a weight to each local model parameter, to calculate a global parameter, and updates the global parameter through aggregation iteration. In the present disclosure, calculation is performed by using computation resources and data resources of each distributed edge node, thus saving the overall communication and computation resources.

    Abstract: In a kernel learning apparatus, a data preprocessing circuitry preprocesses and represents each data example as a collection of feature representations that need to be interpreted. An explicit feature mapping circuit designs a kernel function with an explicit feature map to embed the feature representations of data into a nonlinear feature space and to produce the explicit feature map for the designed kernel function to train a predictive model. A convex problem formulating circuitry formulates a non-convex problem for training the predictive model into a convex optimization problem based on the explicit feature map. An optimal solution solving circuitry solves the convex optimization problem to obtain a globally optimal solution for training an interpretable predictive model.

    Abstract: A referenceless image evaluation method for a capsule endoscope, an electronic device, and a medium. The method comprises: acquiring image quality evaluation scores and image content evaluation scores corresponding to respective original images; and determining, according to weights of the image content evaluation scores and weights of the image quality evaluation scores, a comprehensive score for each image currently being evaluated. The referenceless image evaluation method for a capsule endoscope employs various evaluation models to evaluate the image quality and content of a number of original images taken in the same detection region. The results of these evaluations are then combined to produce comprehensive scores for the numerous original images of the same region. Through the comprehensive scores, high-quality images can be quickly screened out, and thus the screening of the original images can be accelerated and the identification accuracy be improved.
