The UE may determine a quantity of downlink control channel units (e.g., downlink control channel elements, downlink control channel candidates) for monitoring over the set of search space sets, where downlink control channel units that overlap may be counted separately. For instance, the downlink control channel units may overlap in time and frequency and/or may have a same associated payload size and associated set of control channel elements. The UE may monitor the downlink control channel according to a subset of the set of search space sets, where the subset excludes one or more of the set of search space sets based on the quantity of downlink control channel units satisfying a threshold.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a customizable mobile broadband network system and a method for customizing a mobile broadband network. The mobile broadband network system includes a forwarding layer, a control layer, and a capability opening layer. The forwarding capability and the control capability of the mobile broadband network system according to the embodiments of the present invention are decoupled from each other, and the capability opening layer combines a required capability according to the network customization request, so as to manage the corresponding customized-network instance. Therefore, a mobile network can be customized according to a requirement of a user.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an inter-network collaboration method, a collaboration node, and a network side device. The method includes: obtaining status information of cells of different standards, where the status information indicates at least one of a radio resource status, terminal distribution, and a service condition of the cells of the different standards; and sending, according to the status information, coordination indication information to base stations or base station controllers of the cells of the different standards, so that the base stations or the base station controllers perform an inter-network collaboration operation according to the coordination indication information.
