  • Publication number: 20250178783
Abstract: A rack-shipment system includes a pallet, a ramp hingedly coupled to the pallet, a rack coupled to the ramp, and a handle coupled to the rack. The ramp, the rack, and the handle are configured to rotate relative to the pallet to an upright position. The rack-shipment system further may include a cover operably coupled to the pallet and the ramp to enclose the rack, a top foam panel disposed on a side of the rack, and a bottom foam panel disposed on an opposite side of the rack. A method of shipping a rack includes positioning the rack on the pallet; coupling the ramp to the rack, and enclosing the rack for shipment.

  • Patent number: 12043892
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing a molybdenum alloy target, and solves the problem of low density and coarser grains of the molybdenum alloy targets in the prior art. The present invention comprises subjecting a mixed powder with a mass ratio depending upon the formula composition of a molybdenum alloy to a pre-press forming process to obtain a preformed molybdenum alloy target blank; placing the preformed molybdenum alloy target blank in a capsule and subjecting the capsule to processes of preheating for degassing and vacuum seal welding; subjecting the target blank to a hot isostatic pressing process to obtain a densified molybdenum alloy prefabricated target; removing the capsule; and subjecting the molybdenum alloy prefabricated target with the capsule removed to a temperature-rising and pressure-decreasing process, followed by finish machining to obtain a molybdenum alloy target.

  • Publication number: 20160027950
Abstract: Methods are discussed for producing single-crystal shapes on amorphous materials. A first method deposits a layer of Germanium-Tin (GeSn) alloy comprising between three and sixteen atomic-percent tin on material incapable of seeding crystal formation, the layer is photolithographically defined into a shape having a point having radius less than 100 nanometers; and the shape is annealed by heating to a temperature below 450 degrees Celsius. A second method also photolithographically defines a shape on a layer of GeSn, then uses a laser to heat and crystalize seed spot on the shape; and anneals the shape by heating and thereby crystalizing additional GeSn alloy of the shape. In embodiments, the crystalized GeSn serves to seed InGaP and/or InGaAs layers that may serve together with the GeSn as layers of a tandem photovoltaic cell.
