Abstract: A nitride-based semiconductor device includes a first nitride-based semiconductor layer, a second nitride-based semiconductor layer, a first nitride-based transistor, a second nitride-based transistor, and a thermal resistor. The first nitride-based transistor is disposed over the second nitride-based semiconductor layer and applies the 2DEG region as an own channel. The second nitride-based transistor is disposed over the second nitride-based semiconductor layer and applying the 2DEG region as an own channel. The temperature sensor is disposed over the second nitride-based semiconductor layer and between first and second nitride-based transistors. The temperature sensor is in a strip shape and at least turns twice in a region between first and second nitride-based transistors.

Abstract: This application provides a log execution method and apparatus, a computer device and a storage medium and relates to the technical field of databases. The method includes circularly scanning a log execution active window, the log execution active window comprising a plurality of logs which are not executed, and all the logs before the log execution active window having been executed; acquiring a conflict verification result of a log in the log execution active window based on storage range information of the log, the storage range information indicating a storage range of the log and a storage range of a target number of logs before the log, and the target number being equal to a size of the log execution active window; and executing the log if the conflict verification result is no conflict.

Abstract: Improved audio processing management in a portable converged communication device is provided. A default mode of audio processing is provided where audio input to a microphone is routed and processed simultaneously to a plurality of different processors in parallel. The default mode is suspended in response to a keyword input to a microphone. The keyword is recognized by a speech recognition engine (ASR). The keyword enables audio processing through one of the plurality of processors while selectively suspending other audio processing through the other processors.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an image transmission method and apparatus. In one embodiment, the method includes acquiring an image; automatically extracting personal characteristic information from the image; and automatically sending the image to a terminal device associated with the personal characteristic information. The image is thus automatically transmitted to a recipient having personal characteristics matching that detected from the image without user intervention.

Abstract: A picture acquiring method, apparatus, and storage medium are provided. One specific embodiment of the method includes: detecting a target acquiring request made to a first terminal, the target acquiring request requesting acquisition of a target picture; detecting the target picture in a target photo album corresponding to a second terminal other than the first terminal, in response to detection of the target acquiring request; controlling the first terminal to output acquisition response information in response to detection of the target picture, the acquisition response information indicating that the target picture exists in the second terminal.

Abstract: Polymeric fibers may be tested for optical properties; such as transparency in a manner that provides reproducible test results. A holder be used that is configured to hold polymeric fibers in a stacked, single file manner in which the polymeric fibers are held closely together. The fibers may be tested using an optical apparatus employing an integrating sphere.
