The conformable backing can be formed from a thermoplastic polymer selected from a group consisting of polyurethanes, polyesters, and combinations thereof. The conformable backing has a tensile strength of no greater than 60 grams per centimeter force at 25% elongation in a machine direction according to the Tensile and Elongation Test Method. A hydrophobic adhesive can be disposed on a portion of the first major surface of the conformable backing.
