  • Patent number: 10678276
Abstract: A valve device for controlling a fluid flow includes a flow control valve (15) having a valve housing (19) with a supply connection (9) and a user connection (11). A valve piston (17) is guided inside the valve housing (19) longitudinally moveable and controls the passage to the user connection (11) by a thermocouple (61) via an orifice (37, 39) depending on the temperature of the fluid flow. A pressure compensator (21) is connected to the supply connection (9) and keeps the pressure drop across the orifice (37, 39) constant.

Abstract: Valve device. 2. Valve device for controlling a fluid flow, consisting of a flow control valve (15), which comprises a valve housing (19) with at least one supply connection (9) and one user connection (11) as well as a valve piston (17) that is guided inside the valve housing (19) longitudinally moveable and which controls the passage to the user connection (11) by means of a thermocouple (61) via an orifice (37, 39) depending on the temperature of the fluid flow, and a pressure compensator (21), connected to the supply connection (9), keeps the respective pressure drop across the orifice (37, 39) constant.

  • Publication number: 20150308325
Abstract: Disclosed is a device for controlling the operation of a ventilator, which can be driven by a hydraulic motor (1), of a cooling device, in particular in a working appliance for agricultural use, wherein the hydraulic motor (1) can be supplied with pressure fluid by means of a hydraulic pump (3) via a valve arrangement (7) than can be set to a first valve position for operation of the hydraulic motor (1) in a first direction of rotation and to a second valve position for operation of the hydraulic motor (1) in a second direction of rotation, a control device (21) being present, by means of which the valve arrangement (7) can be set to an intermediate position which reduces the pressure supply to the hydraulic motor (1) during transitions between the first and second valve positions for a time period that allows the ventilator speed to be reduced.

  • Patent number: 7698177
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for displaying current status during order processing in a production plant, with an inter-face (1) to a data processing system (5), from which up-to-date in-formation is obtained about order processing in the production plant, a processing unit (2) for processing the up-to-date information from the data processing system (5) relating to at least one process selected by an operator in graphic form, whereby processing in graphic form includes the graphic display of the allocation of material supply areas for the source process, the allocation of production areas for the make process and essential information for packaging and delivery for the deliver process, and an output unit (3) to output up-to-date information relating to the selected process in the graphic display on one or a plurality of monitors (4). The present device allows employees to have a fast and clear overview of the current status of order processing without additional training.

  • Patent number: 7426884
Abstract: A circuit arrangement includes a load sensing system (LS) with individual loads (10,14) arranged in series forming a series section, and in parallel forming a parallel section. A hydraulic supply circuit (12) includes a supply pump (P) and a runback (16) for fluid. The load sensing system (LS) determines the highest load pressure in the series section and the parallel section. The loads of the parallel section can be actuated independently from the pressure level of the loads of the series section due to the highest load pressure being transferred as a control pressure to a valve unit (18) such that, as long as the load pressure of the parallel section is higher than the load pressure of the series section, the valve unit restricts the runback (16) so that the pressure of the supply pump (P) matches or exceeds the pressure required in the parallel section. Sufficient fluid pressure for the load in the parallel section is ensured independently of the number of loads in the series section.

  • Patent number: 6679281
Abstract: A switching device for a machine, especially a digger, has at least one supply connection and one useful connection in addition to at least one hydraulic accumulator. An on-off valve is arranged between the supply connection and the useful connection, and separates the supply connection at least partially from the useful connection in one of its switching positions, in addition to ensuring that the hydraulic accumulator is charged on the fluid side via the supply connection. In another switching position, the supply connection is connected to the useful connection. A substantial improvement relative to conventional switching devices is attained by being able to guarantee an emergency function before the machine is used to perform work.
