In order to improve such an implant, the invention suggests that a sealing collar (4) surrounding the recess opening (3), and an annular groove (5) surrounding the sealing collar (4) be provided on the top of the base body (1), wherein the post (2) has a circumferential shoulder (6) on the bottom thereof facing the base body (1), the shoulder having a shape that is complementary to the sealing collar (4) and the annular groove (5).
