A curable substance configured to be disposed in an annular gap between the bolt and the inside wall surface of the recess is useable to fix the bolt in the ground. The substance has a viscosity which is sufficiently low to cause the substance to not only spread into the annular gap, but also to penetrate the ground surrounding the annular gap.
