  • Patent number: 9833074
Abstract: A support mechanism for mounting a seat part to a foot part of a functional chair having a slide bearing which cooperates with a front section of the seat part, and a pivotable support part which is supported by a cantilever part and which is connected to a region of the seat part that is adjacent to the rear region of a seat surface section of the seat part.

  • Patent number: 9585479
Abstract: An “invisible” syncro tilt mechanism is provided for chairs. The chair has a seat with a back portion and a seat pan portion and the seat pan portion is connected to the back portion and to a pivotable support structure, and thereby to a base. The mechanism has a generally closed track defined in the seat pan portion. A plunger is attached to a front portion of the pivotable support structure. The plunger is slidably disposed in the track. A spring is disposed in the track which is connected at opposing ends to the plunger and to a front end of the track. The mechanism does not extend or protrude outside of the seat pan. The mechanism provides synchronous movement of the plunger in the track.

  • Patent number: 7762688
Abstract: The invention relates to a lamp (1) comprising a projector (3) and an adjustable holding device (5), by means of which the projector (3) is joined to a base part (2) of the lamp (1). The holding device (5) is provided with an elongate support element (6), a holding element (7) at least for part of the projector (3), a joint (8) between the support element (6) and the holding element (7), and a clamping device (9) for locking the joint (8). The joint (8) and the clamping device (9) are disposed in a projector housing (11). In order to ensure that the projector (3) is easy to handle for adjustment purposes, a removing mechanism (41), with the aid of which the clamping force of the clamping device (9) can be reduced or canceled, is arranged in the projector housing (11).

  • Patent number: 7547067
Abstract: The invention provides a chair and mechanism to permit occupant swivelling, bouncing, and tilting. The chair mechanism also provides tilt limitation using a keyhole tilt delimiter. The keyhole orientation follows rotation of the chair. A bearing assembly (preferably using race bearings) facilitates simultaneous swivelling and tilting.
