  • Publication number: 20240084708
Abstract: A rotor of a gas turbine having two adjacent rotor discs, on each of which moving blades are fastened, an annular rotor component being arranged between the rotor discs and having at its opposite ends circumferential annular grooves, in each of which a circumferential fastening projection on the respective rotor disc engages. When the rotor is stationary a first outer flank of the first annular groove rests under pressure against a first outer flank of the first fastening projection and there is play between a first inner flank of the first annular groove and a first inner flank of the first fastening projection.

  • Patent number: 4666948
Abstract: Resilient foams based on melamine resins are prepared by foaming an aqueous solution which contains a melamine/formaldehyde precondensate, an emulsifier, a volatile blowing agent and a curing agent and then curing the foam. In this process, from 0.2 to 4% by weight of an alkali metal, alkaline earth metal or aluminum salt of an organic, preferably polybasic acid, of a polyphosphoric acid or of a boron acid are added to the aqueous solution.

  • Patent number: 4334971
Abstract: A process for the manufacture of a resilient foam based on a melamine-formaldehyde condensate, wherein an aqueous or alcoholic solution or dispersion containing a melamine-formaldehyde precondensate, an emulsifier, a blowing agent and a hardener is foamed by ultra-high-frequency irradiation and the foam is hardened by crosslinking the precondensate. The foam may be employed for heat and sound insulation, and as a packaging material.

  • Patent number: 4190547
Abstract: Non-flammable insulating materials having good fire resistance and a density of from 80 to 230 g/l, which materials compriseA. from 99 to 80% by weight of inorganic lightweight particles, preferably expanded perlite or vermiculite,B. from 0 to 20% by weight of fibrous or granular inorganic additives andC. from 1 to 20% by weight of a heat-resistant organic high molecular weight binder, preferably a phenol-formaldehyde condensate, and which contain, as an additional binder C' to prevent water absorption, from 0.2 to 4% by weight of an alkylphenol/phenyl/formaldehyde condensate. The materials may be used as heat insulating materials or building materials.
