  • Publication number: 20160069064
Abstract: The invention relates to a room system having at least two room modules (1), wherein the room modules (1) can be connected to one another and form a room unit in the connected state, characterized in that each room module (1) comprises a frame (11), the frame legs of which form a cuboid and are used for receiving identical or different surface elements and/or functional elements that define the room delimited by the frame.

  • Patent number: 7147681
Abstract: Method and apparatus used in the field of waste management for utilizing recoverable waste products as efficiently as possible. The invention reduces the environmental impact of such a method to a minimum. The recoverable waste products and non-recoverable waste products are fed into one end of a substantially horizontally fixed container as material, and are transported in a continuous or discontinuous manner to another end of the container, 60–80% of energy input being carried out on the material in an area of a first quarter of the container, and a remaining 20–40% of energy input being transferred to the material in other areas of the container.

  • Patent number: 7000780
Abstract: Method and apparatus used in the field of waste management, especially a method and a device for treating recoverable waste products that have already partially decomposed. The aim of the invention is to provide a method and a device which makes it possible to further decompose, if possible completely, and recover the residual products that remain once the waste products are degassed. According to the inventive method, air and waste gases are introduced separately from the bottom into the chamber and pressure is applied. The air is introduced into the chamber in a substantially axial orientation and waste gases in a substantially tangential or radial orientation. The invention further provides a device the funnel-shaped bottom of which is provided with openings for air and waste gases to enter. The air is introduced into the reactor chamber from the bottom in a substantially axial orientation and the waste gases in a substantially tangential or radial orientation.

  • Patent number: 4330944
Abstract: A machine is disclosed for testing of the oppositely located position of mechanical thread and a contact shoulder associated therewith on a pipe. A first measuring support is movably supported on a guide block in a first direction of movement and a second measuring support is resiliently supported on the first support in a linearly second direction of movement. First and second measuring heads are provided for movement in the first and second directions for measuring the threads and shoulder positions.

  • Patent number: 4101092
Abstract: A seat belt retractor of the inertia type comprises a rotatable shaft with a cam-surface driven thereby. A locking element movable on the cam surface is positively displaced by a control element fitted in a recess thereof and acting from an inertia element. The locking element, when driven by the inertia member, engages with the teeth on an annular locking ring to stop retraction of the seat belt attached to the shaft. The inertia element may be spring preloaded and a locking wheel may be provided to provide alternative locking torque for the inertia element when the car assumes a roll-over condition in which the seat belt would not ordinarily retract quickly.

  • Patent number: 4005904
Abstract: This invention concerns a metal guide for safety belts for vehicles, especially cars, consisting of a lashing to be fastened to the automobile body and a ring held by the lashing with an opening through which the belt runs. The lashing has detents for expanding movement and the ring has guide surfaces to reduce friction.

  • Patent number: 4004751
Abstract: A belt winder with a quick-locking vehicle inertia sensitive action comprising an inert mass actuated to lock the belt winder shaft when the vehicle is accelerated and which can be brought into operative position in any mounting position in space.

  • Patent number: 3999722
Abstract: The safety belt retractor of this invention has a belt-sensitive mechanism and a vehicle-sensitive mechanism, both mounted on an actuating mechanism. The actuating mechanism includes a mounting plate slidably mounted on the reel shaft for limited rotation and a flywheel having ratchet teeth. The vehicle-sensitive mechanism includes a pendulum assembly and an actuating pawl. When the pendulum assembly oscillates, it lifts the actuating pawl which engages the ratchet flywheel, causing the mounting plate to rotate and actuate a locking pawl. The belt-sensitive mechanism includes a pinion gear and a spur gear which is driven by the reel shaft. When withdrawal of the safety belt exceeds a predetermined level of acceleration, the flywheel lags in rotation and causes the pinion gear to move along an arc of the spur gear, causing the mounting plate to rotate and actuate the locking pawl.

  • Patent number: 3948461
Abstract: A vehicle sensitive safety belt retractor is provided with actuating means responsive to acceleration of the vehicle for directly engaging with ratchet means mounted for interaction with a belt strap reel of the retractor, and thereby preventing protraction of the belt. The actuating means includes a unitary tipping inertia and locking member which is tippable from its position of rest so as to engage the ratchet means. The center of gravity of the unitary member passes over its pivot point on tipping of the member into locked position, so that it can only be returned to its stable, non-tipped position on movement of the ratchet means which it has engaged in a belt retraction direction. In one embodiment, a plurality of such unitary members are used in association with the single ratchet.
