Abstract: A method and a corresponding system and apparatus for loading image data stored in a first memory into a second memory includes loading at least a first set of sections of the image data into the second memory. In order to achieve a reduced memory access and memory consumption during loading, the sections of the first set of sections of the image data are allocated to first original addresses in the first memory, wherein the sections of the first set of sections of the image data stored in the first memory are spaced from one another, and the sections of the first set of sections of the image data stored in the first memory are, in particular progressively, loaded into the second memory and stored at first end addresses in the second memory.
