  • Publication number: 20220279463
Abstract: The present subject matter relates to a method for controlling radio frequency, RF, emissions, including maintaining a number of power units below a maximum number within a time interval, wherein a power unit of the power units is indicative of an amount of radiated power for transmission of data. A data element to be transmitted may be received during the time interval. A number of the power units representing an amount of radiated power for the transmission of the data element may be determined. The data element may be transmitted depending on the current maintained number of power units and the determined number. The current maintained number of power units may be decreased by the determined number of power units if the data element is transmitted.

  • Patent number: 4551157
Abstract: A process for the separation of light additive gas at the end of and/or at the location of the change in stage sizes in a separating nozzle cascade which is operated with a mixture of gaseous or vaporous substances to be separated. The separation of the light additive gas is effected by using a separating nozzle stage. A double deflection separating nozzle is employed as the separating nozzle stage.

  • Patent number: 4538359
Abstract: During the drying of long-distance pipelines, in a development of vacuum drying--possibly in combination with compressed-air drying, go-devils and/or alcohol drying--a flooding is provided which precludes the recondensation of the water in the residual water vapor. For this purpose a movement of drawn-off water vapor and following scavenging gas in the same direction is ensured and the scavenging gas is throttled in its input of travelling speed so that no condensation occurs even in the boundary region to the departing water vapor.

  • Patent number: 4181508
Abstract: Method for separating a desublimatable component from a gas mixture onto the surface of a heat exchanger apparatus having a heat exchanger separator containing a cold end and a warmer end, comprises flowing the gas mixture through the separator from the warmer end toward the cold end and providing a nonstationary temperature distribution in the heat exchanger separator to shift the position of the dew point at a controlled speed from a given point near or at the cold end of the heat exchanger separator at the beginning of the separation process to the warmer end of the separator to produce a desired layer thickness profile of desublimate on the surface of the heat exchanger separator in a direction opposite the direction of flow of the gas mixture. An apparatus is provided for practicing the method.
